Welcome to Blago.hr. By using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (the user) and Blago.hr (the service provider). By using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Services

Blago.hr is an online store for selling homemade food products from small Croatian producers. We offer:

• Product purchases through our online store
• Guest checkout or registered user accounts
• Premium membership with access to exclusive products and auctions (by invitation)

3. Registration and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your password secure. Blago.hr reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT (25%)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment is made through secure payment methods listed on the website
• An order is considered confirmed after successful payment

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available within the Republic of Croatia
• Delivery times are approximate and depend on product availability
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout
• Risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer upon receipt of the shipment

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Croatian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life
• Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

7. Auctions (Premium Users)

Premium users can participate in auctions for exclusive products. Auction rules:

• Each bid is binding
• Bids must be equal to or greater than the minimum next bid
• Auctions end at the specified time or via "buy now" purchase
• The auction winner is obligated to pay the bid amount
• Blago.hr reserves the right to cancel an auction in case of technical issues or abuse

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by Blago.hr or used with permission. Copying, distributing, or publicly displaying content without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blago.hr is not liable for:

• Temporary website unavailability due to technical reasons or maintenance
• Damage caused by using products contrary to manufacturer instructions
• Incorrect data entered by users

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the competent court is in Zagreb, Croatia. EU consumers may also use the online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the website or email. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
